Our tooling facility enables us to see your idea, through to injection mould tool. We have fully equip toolroom at our Pluckley site and also a repairs toolroom at Whitstable site to assist with injection moulding to prevent downtime and to service production tooling.
We have designer who works within our facility making your ideas mouldable. We also have a 3d scanner which enables us to take a 3d object into cad file.
We specialise in manufacture of tooling and moulding of highly detailed wargaming models.
CNC Milling -
The toolroom has 8 CNC Machine centres with mostly run offline getting down to 0.2mm cutters we can offer excellent detailing when required
Pantography -
We do still have facilities to make tooling the traditional way. Previously used a lot to make tooling to produce miniatures. Process being 3 ups produced, cast into resins and then pantographed into steel.
Spark Erosion -
Both facilites have spark erosion machinery -

Surface Grinding -
